Join Cierra in one of her transformative cacao ceremonies, where we connect deeply with the energy of our hearts and strengthen our luminous fields. Our energetic field, known as the choroidal field, extends about three feet in every direction from our body. When we experience stress, emotional heaviness, or neglect our energetic hygiene, this field can weaken, leaving us feeling drained, susceptible to illness, and mentally unclear.
In this sacred ceremony, we use the ancient power of cacao, intentional breathwork, and life force energy to strengthen our field, bringing light to areas in need of healing. You’ll learn to invite this powerful energy into your body and field, move it through your central channel, and radiate it around you in a bubble, allowing it to protect you from low vibrational influences. Strengthening your luminous field helps you radiate love and light, which in turn attracts love and light into your life.

This class will focus on a meditation that is used to connect with the heart and call in feelings of love and gratitude and share those with the world. This has been shown to raise the immune system and promote longevity. It has also been shown to create an electromagnetic field of positive energy that allows us to manifest with ease.
Cacao is a highly revered plant medicine that has been used for thousands of years in indigenous cultures for rituals, celebrations, and bringing humans and nature back into balance by communing with the heart. Aside from its potent physical and mental benefits, when harvested properly, cacao has its own spirit, and we honor and work with this in ceremony.
Come join us for a two-hour healing experience, where we start class using an ancient and highly revered plant medicine, cacao. Enjoy a beautiful heart-opening ceremony, where we create heart coherence and make a connection with our sacred heart. This is an opportunity to set intentions and get more clear on what intentions you want to call in for yourself. Then relax and enjoy a 45-minute sound bath, followed by integration.
