Peaceful Minds, a 30-minute meditation and soundbath class designed especially for children aged 6-12. This session blends gentle meditation practices with the soothing sounds of a soundbath, creating a serene and nurturing environment for your child to relax and connect with their inner calm.

We'll begin with a friendly introduction where we'll explain what meditation and soundbaths are and how they can help us feel more relaxed and focused. We'll set a simple, child-friendly intention for the class and practice a few calming breaths together. Our meditation journey will involve guided visualizations and mindfulness exercises that are easy for kids to follow. We'll imagine being in a peaceful garden, floating on a cloud, or visiting a magical place, helping children develop their imagination and focus. During this time, we'll practice deep breathing and body relaxation techniques. After our meditation, we'll transition to the soundbath and guided visualization portion of the class. Kids will lie down comfortably on their mats and close their eyes as they listen to the calming sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion. The soothing vibrations help children relax deeply, reduce anxiety, and improve their overall sense of well-being.
