About the studio

The Healing Studio began with a simple truth — you don't need to fix yourself. You just need to slow down enough to feel yourself again. After years of looking successful on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside, founder Mimi May Eisner found her way back to herself through sound. What started as one sound bath became a calling, and in 2024 it became a studio.

Today, The Healing Studio is a trauma-informed sound healing practice in the heart of Chagrin Falls. Our events sell out, and our clients drive in from all over Northeast Ohio — not for a trend, but for the deep, physical rest that sound makes possible when everything else has asked too much of them.

Every offering here is designed to help you regulate, restore, and reconnect to your truest self. Sound baths to quiet the mind. Private sessions to go deeper. A boutique of crystals, books, and rituals to carry the practice home.

And because this work is only as good as the hands that hold it, we train practitioners too. Anyone can buy a set of bowls — but in an industry with no shared standard, skill is everything. The Hathor Method™ is our trauma-informed practitioner training: a professional standard for sound healing, so the care you feel here can be carried faithfully into rooms far beyond our own.
